Pricing Guide for 2010 (incl GST)

All prices are subject to change eg the US dollar drops dramatically or the container is seized by customs for a random inspection

$4500 Standard size good to average condition car
$4800 Standard size dirty, greasy, or hard to handle car
$8200 Vehicle larger size eg f150, f350, Caravan, Toy hauler, Boat etc that takes up more than one car spot but less than 3 or 4
$1200 Jet ski, Motorbike small machinery, that will fit across the rear of the container behind the cars.
$4500 Jet ski or bike or machinery that will not fit across the rear of the container will take up one car spot and will be charged as such but this can be substituted by purchasing two or three items to take up the full car spot by one or several customers.
$4500 Boat that will fit in one car spot with no mods needed
$4950 Boat that will fit in one car spot but will need to be tilted or parts removed eg windows, jet, stern drives, railing etc
$750 Motors clean recon or new
$950 Motors dirty which need cleaning for Quarantine
$185 Gear boxes transfer cases diffs clean
$200 Gear boxes transfer cases diffs dirty
$185 Guard, Bonnet, Boot, Floor
$55 Wheels, Rims, Small boxes


All receivables' into my Californian warehouse will incur a $30us dollar fee by the warehouse and be charged to the customer.
(Bulk orders will only be charged once if all boxes arrive together)

Note a $150 Quarantine cleaning fee will be charged to every Vehicle/Boat

INSURANCE

We carry insurance for our services and during shipping for total loss or major damage by shipping forklifts and rail (clause C of international shipping)
We use the best US trucking brokers sourced on your behalf to save you the trouble. (You can source your own if you wish)
We cannot get insurance on any of the moves in the US as we are an Australian company.
We do use the best transport companies and shipping yard to minimise risks but sometimes small things will get missed and cannot be helped.
We also offer a full insurance cover for damage at 1.5% of the cost of the vehicle which is recommended.

Clauses "C"

Clause 1 and Clause 2 - Named Perils

Clause 1
Includes:
- Fire and Explosion
- Vessel or craft stranded , grounded, sunk or capsized
- Overturning or derailment of land conveyance
- Collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with external object
- Discharge of cargo at port of distress
- General average sacrifice
- Jettison or washing overboard

Clause 2
- General Average and salvage charges

Institute Cargo Clauses "C"
Exclusions:
- Wilful misconduct of the insured
- Ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation ( includes stowage of
goods in a container by the assured)
- Inherent vice or nature of the subject matter insured
- Delay
- Insolvency or financial default of the owners, managers, charterers operators of
the vessel
- Deliberate damage or destruction
- Unseaworthiness of vessel or craft and unfitness of vessel, conveyance or
container where Assured are privy to such at time of loading
- The waiving of a breach of the implied warranties of seaworthiness and fitness of
the vessel unless the assured are privy to such
- War, civil war, civil strife, hostile act
- Capture, seizure, arrest etc (other than piracy)
- Derelict mines, torpedoes etc
- Strikers, locked out workmen, riots, civil commotions
- Resulting from strikes, riots etc

ALL RISK INSURANCE COVER - Cover Under Institute Cargo Clauses
"A"

Includes Clause 1 and Clause 2 ( as listed above ) and covers all risks of loss of or
damage to the subject matter insured.

In addition to the cover afforded by the Institute Cargo Clauses "B",
the following risks, from any accidental external cause, are also included:
- Heavy weather damage
- Rain water damage
- Theft
- Piracy
- Malicious damage
- Pilferage
- Shortage
- Short delivery
- Non-delivery
- Leakage
- Breakage
- Rust
- Seating and heating
- Denting and scratching
- Damage by hooks, oils or other cargo
- Taint damage

Exclusions:
- Wilful misconduct of the insured
- Ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation ( includes stowage of
goods in a container by the assured (eg: surface rust on unprotected steelwork)
- Inherent vice or nature of the subject matter insured
- Delay ( even if caused by at risk insured against)
- Insolvency or financial default of the owners, managers, charterers operators of
the vessel
- Use of weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission and the like
- Unseaworthiness of vessel or craft and unfitness of vessel, conveyance or
container where Assured are privy to such at time of loading
- The waiving of a breach of the implied warranties of seaworthiness and fitness of
the vessel unless the assured are privy to such
- War, civil war, civil strife, hostile act
- Capture, seizure, arrest etc (other than piracy)
- Derelict mines, torpedoes etc
- Strikers, locked out workmen, riots, civil commotions
- Resulting from strikes, riots etc
- Terrorist or person acting for political motive

Includes the risks of war and/or strikes, riots, commotions and malicious damage
as per institute War Clauses and Institute Strikes Riots and Civil Commotions
Clauses relevant to the particular form of transit covered by the insurance.
Institute radioactive contamination, Chemical, Biological, Bio-chemical and
electromagnetic weapons exclusion clause. Termination of transit
clause (terrorism).
Includes scratching, denting, marring, chipping.
Subject to a $ 1000 USD deductible payment from the customer when the claim is
lodged.
Item is subject to a pre-shipment condition report by a marine surveyor which is
an additional cost to the all risk insurance cover.

INSURANCE COVER COSTS

The cost of " Total Loss Insurance Cover " is 1% of purchase cost plus loading
shipping and unloading cost at time of discharge from USA.

The cost of "All Risk Insurance Cover " is 1.5 % of purchase cost plus loading
shipping and unloading cost at time of discharge from USA.

RESPONSIBILITY

Please Note: American Muscle Cars is not responsible for any damage
related to the loading, or in transit or unloading of any vehicle, vessel, or parts as
shipped from USA to Australia.
Such items are at the customer's risk in accordance with insurance cover as they have selected.
